Worry is such a thing which can spoil our mental health. Due to our bad past experience we start worrying about our future. We start thinking again and again that the same mistake should not be made again. And then we fall victim of overthinker.Then we start fear that history may not be repeate.

I am going to share you what i have learned from this book. When i was going through trouble in my life last two years and became overthinker. then i found out this book. I have learned so many things which i am gonna be sharing with you guys and trying to explain in my way what he says in his book.
The basic fact you should know about worry
He says, We should know the fundamental factor of our problem. We all are worried about one thing or the other thats why it is very important to know the reason behind every problems.
"To care less about worries start caring more about presents tasks and goals"
We always worry about the future but we should know that whatever we are doing in the present, it will give us the good future. Write on paper what you want And place it on in your bed side wall. And start Work on that priority.
Anylize your progress daily
He says, How you use the principle?? we should focus on our present. We should kept our past and future in their place. Whenever we are upset we think about our past. And we start blaming ourselves whatever goes wrong in our past. But if we apply a principle then we can stay away from tension. We should not be afraid of the future. We should understand that good thinking effects analysis. Which results in positive planning by going ahead.
When you plan something then also plan its worst situation and prepare yourself for it. Then your brain is ready for the worst situation and release the positive energy. Which gives you a strenght to fight the worst situation.
The primary cause of worry is fear. When we know what happnes by worrying then we stop worrying.
If you are get less worried then your life gets extended. When you are worried about something then review it. Find the fact of behind the problem. Analysis all facts and reaches the solution. If facts are not genuine then you Will have lot of confusion and this will increase your problem. In this situation ask yourself question what the worst possible outcome? If you cant solve your problems or unable to acheive your goals then eccept the worst situation and if possible then make plan B. After that improve your worst possible outcome. And you can get better result.
What is the problem? Causes? Possible situation?
Break worry habit before it break you.
Keep busy: researchers says human mind can't think of many things at once. It means we can't be tense for more things at once. When we busy ourselves in the activity of our choice. Then our brain make positive clouds. We should stop worrying about small things. We should avoiding less important things for our mental health. So that we will start focusing on our important issue.. Always remember life is very short so dont be upset by all this.
Another three simple steps which you can follow
Written down
When i was in 10th class. I read a chapter in English subject which is "Anne frank". She used to write dairy. I started writing a dairy inspired by her. The technique of writing the things you are concerned about is very efficient. If you can't sleep because you're busy with something, write it down. In this way your brain gets a mental relief and there is no need to remember the details that you already keep on paper.
Also, writing down your concerns tells your brain that this is something really important and that the brain should focus on solving the problem and not be worried about remembering what should be done.
Take a walk
Walk for about 10 minutes. Try to enjoy nature and your surroundings and be more aware your body and focus on your each breath you take.
Meditation is an excellent method to relax your brain and keep it worry-free. Even if you feel like you have no time to meditate, just close your eyes for 30 seconds is a great way to start right now. Whenever you can help yourself and your brain by staying away from sources of stress.
Give it a try..You won’t be disappointed.Not attempting is even more disheartening.
